how stamps work

Every drink you order from Inuya on GrabFood or ShopeeFood comes with its own stamp sticker. Free drinks, Rp25k cups of matcha and free items in app promos come without one.
A sticker's stamp goes to whoever scans it first.
No sticker in your order? Sorry: stamps only come from stickers, so that order doesn't get one.
Each sticker has a one-time QR code. Scan it to add a stamp. A used sticker can't be used again.
Your first card fills at 4 stamps. Every card after that fills at 6.
There's no daily limit. Scan as many stickers as you have; extra stamps carry onto your next card.
Stamps on an unfinished card expire after 6 months with no new stamp. If an order is refunded, we may remove its stamps.

A full card gives you a free drink: a Classic Matcha Latte or Cold-whisked Matcha Latte. Add-ons cost extra, and if one is sold out, you pick the other.
Claim it on WhatsApp, from the number on your card, within 30 days. Each reward has its own 30 days, and a claim sent before the date counts even if we reply after. Sent it from another number? We'll ask you to resend it; nothing is lost.
If several are ready, you can claim them together in one message and pick them up in one go.
Rewards are pickup only: we don't deliver them. We sort your drink, pickup time and place, and any payment with you on WhatsApp. Pick it up between 8 am and 10 pm, yourself or with a driver you book and pay for. A reward is only used when you get your drink. If we can't make a paid Rp25k cup, or it isn't picked up by its date, we refund it.
We reply during opening hours, 8 am – 10 pm WIB, and make your drink fresh when you or your driver arrive.
If your drink is wrong or spills before it leaves our counter, we'll remake it. Once it's handed over, to you or your driver, it's yours.
Your card shows each reward as ready, used, expired or cancelled.
Rewards have no cash value and can't be exchanged or passed to someone else, but anyone with your code can pick it up for you.

Your first 3 full cards each unlock their own friend link, so you can have up to 3 at once, each for a different friend.
A link works once, within 14 days of unlocking, for a WhatsApp number that has never had an Inuya card and isn't yours. A friend can only join once, whichever link they use.
Your friend gets a Classic or Cold-whisked Matcha Latte for Rp25k, paid by bank transfer to the account we share on WhatsApp and picked up within 30 days, and starts their first card with 2 stamps.

One card per WhatsApp number. Keep your 4-digit PIN to yourself.
You need WhatsApp on your number to claim rewards.
Rewards can only be claimed from the WhatsApp of the number on your card, so check it when you sign up.
After 5 wrong PIN tries, your card locks for a while to keep it safe.
Forgot your PIN, or found a card someone else made on your number? Message us on WhatsApp from that number and we'll reset the PIN and sign out every phone on that card. A card, with its stamps and rewards, belongs to whoever owns its number.
Only the WhatsApp of the number on a card can claim from it. If you collect stamps on a number that isn't yours, you can't use them: they stay with that number's owner, and we don't move them back.
We remember your phone for 90 days so you don't have to type every time. Logging out stops this.

Inuya can cancel stamps, free drinks or Rp25k cups of matcha at any time, for any reason, for example in a dispute. If you'd already paid for a cup we cancel, we refund it. For example: one person running several numbers, inviting themselves as a friend, stickers that didn't come with an order, or automated scanning.
Your paid orders are never affected. Our decision on rewards is final.

We may change or end the stamp card. We'll post changes on this page at least 14 days before they apply.
Rewards you've already earned stay valid until they expire.

What we collect: Your WhatsApp number; your PIN, stored scrambled so even we can't read it; your stamps, rewards and friend links; a cookie that keeps you signed in on your phone; and the pickup details you send us when you claim.
Why: To run your card, check it's you when you claim, remember your phone, and keep the stamp card fair. Never for promos or spam.
Who sees it: The Inuya team, and our hosting provider, which stores it for us on servers in Indonesia. If you send a friend link, your friend sees your number partly hidden (like +62 812 ••• 90) so they know who it's from. We never sell it or share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it: While your card is active, and 8 months after your last stamp. Then we delete it. Backup copies are kept for up to 30 days.
Your choices: Ask us on WhatsApp to delete your data. Deleting it ends your card for good.
